Viktoria Lysanyuk

MA in Special Education, Educational Therapist

In my work with children, the key to overcoming challenges lies in identifying their root causes. Academic difficulties often lower a child’s self-esteem, which can lead to emotional, behavioral, and social struggles. Once I understand the source of these difficulties, I begin educational therapy to support the child’s cognitive, emotional, and social development in a stable and tailored way.

In my therapeutic practice, I support children in the following areas:

  • Children with delayed or uneven development
  • Early school-age children at risk of dyslexia
  • Teenagers experiencing academic difficulties, especially related to reading, writing, or specific learning disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dysorthography, and dyscalculia
  • Children with attention deficit issues
  • Children with auditory processing difficulties
  • Children with hyperactivity (ADHD/ADD)
  • Children facing emotional challenges
  • Children with spatial orientation difficulties and challenges in visual-motor-auditory coordination
  • Children on the autism spectrum
  • Children with ADHD
  • Children struggling with social adaptation

I gained my theoretical knowledge at the Academy of Special Education in Warsaw, where I studied Resocialization Pedagogy and Educational Therapy. Additionally, I completed postgraduate studies in Education and Therapy of Individuals on the Autism Spectrum with Elements of Sensory Integration.

My practical experience comes from working as a special education teacher in schools and leading workshops for students and teachers both in Poland and abroad. I currently provide daily educational therapy to children with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and social maladjustment.

I take an individualized approach to each child, building a strong therapist-student relationship where the child feels safe and knows this is their dedicated time for growth and support.
