MA in Pedagogy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist
I hold a degree in pedagogy and am currently participating in a four-year course in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Krakow Psychodynamic Center. I am also a member of the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I have gained professional experience in non-governmental organizations in Olsztyn and Warsaw, where I worked in individual therapy, provided psychological support to people who are socially excluded or at risk of exclusion, and supported individuals with disabilities and their families.
In my therapeutic work with clients, I focus on treating personality disorders, neuroses, anxiety, and depression.
I also help those who are experiencing:
- low self-esteem and diminished sense of self-worth,
- crisis situations,
- a lack of meaning in life,
- low mood,
- difficulties in close relationships,
- challenges in recognizing, naming, and expressing their own emotions.
My work is under regular supervision, and I adhere to the Ethical and Professional Code of Conduct for Psychologists.
