Paweł Kościński

diagnostic, psychologist, sexologist
I am a psychologist, diagnostician, sexologist in training at the Medical University of Warsaw, as well as a social skills trainer (SST).
I gained professional experience as a therapist at the Therapeutic Kindergarten of the Scolar Foundation, where I conducted individual and group classes for children with autism spectrum disorders. Currently, I work with young people in a Warsaw technical school, supporting adolescents in the areas of emotional, social, and educational development.
I am also a university lecturer and actively share knowledge during student seminars, conferences, and workshops. As part of first-level training at the Mazovian Center of Neuropsychiatry, I obtained the title of Educator in Addiction Prevention.
The most important element of my work is the relationship, as it forms the foundation of therapy, development, and mutual understanding. In my practice, I use elements of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and motivational interviewing, which allow me to create a safe space. I combine a scientific approach with practical experience, believing that every person has the potential to grow in harmony with themselves.
I am particularly interested in issues related to the diagnosis of personality disorders, working with people with ADHD, as well as the sexuality of neurodiverse individuals. An important area of my activity is also supporting people of diverse gender identities and sexual orientations.
