Natalia Mordach

Psychodynamic Psychotherapist
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv. I am currently completing my training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at ZSWPP Warsaw–Poznań.
I work within the psychodynamic approach, helping individuals who experience difficulties in relationships — whether familial, romantic, or professional. I also support clients facing emotional crises, low self-esteem, loneliness, challenges with self-definition, and those seeking personal development.
I provide a space of acceptance — free from judgment and criticism. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can speak openly about their difficulties and fears without fear of being judged. I believe psychotherapy helps people better understand their experiences, find meaning in them, and ultimately feel relief.
For me, building a strong and authentic therapeutic alliance is central to the process. In sessions, I strive to create a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere, allowing clients to open up at their own pace. I view the therapeutic relationship as a meeting of two equal individuals — the therapist does not judge, moralize, or impose personal beliefs.
I conduct therapy in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
